Today,
- backbone checkup/review at Health Promotion Board (Outram)

Maintained my backbone curve degree, about 2 or so. very mild, so nth serious^^ yay. my next review be 9 mths later.

- then lunched at Chinatown
- I MRTed to kovan, mum & bro, all the way to Punggol & went home first.
- meet up da ah yi & Jason cousin
- went to see the private property/estate
- Heartland mall, walked.
- Hawker Centre for desserts (:
